I got my first shipment…The flavor is out of this world. It’s almost like sipping a fine whiskey.
I used some in a special dinner and it adds so much flavor. I’m hooked.

I can tell you that the difference in “fresh pressed” as compared to everything else is this:

1) The smell. As soon as you unscrew the cap, you can actually smell olives
2) The color. The color is rich and creamy
3) The feel. When you toss veggies with olive oil, you can feel the richness on your hands
4) The taste. There’s no comparison. It’s not just for dipping, you can tell the difference in the cooking. I now use “fresh pressed” to cook eggs instead of butter. It’s wonderful.

I’ve only had my first shipment but can’t wait for the next one.

I have been getting these shipped to me every 3 months for almost 5 years. I love love love them. After going to Italy and learning about olives I subscribed right away. The taste is amazingly different. Thank you olive oil man.
